Paul Marriner

Non-Executive Chairman

Paul was until recently the CEO of Lifeways Group. He is a qualified Learning Disability and Mental Health nurse with BSc Community Health Studies with over 33 years' experience in planning, development and management of community-based services. He serves as Non-Executive Chairman on a number of Boards in adult and children’s services.

Mark Dyson

Group Chief Executive

Mark has 25 years of experience across the Health and Social Care sector and is a qualified Social Worker. Mark has held senior manager and Director positions in Statutory Services, the not for profit and private sector, both in Children’s and Adult Care Sectors. Mark has been a prolific developer, funding adviser and influencer in specialist Social Care services.

Hugo James

Non-Executive Director

Hugo has 20 years of financial services experience across investment banking, fixed income, insurance and principal finance as both principal and adviser. He was previously CEO of Pensions First Capital; a Managing Director at Credit Suisse; and Director responsible for sales and structuring of bulk annuities at Legal & General and a member of the annuities management team.

Jonathan Wrigley

Non-Executive Director

Jonathan has extensive experience of both residential and commercial development and investment across the UK. Currently Jonathan is the Chairman and former Managing Director of HB Villages, one of the largest developers in the social care sector. He is responsible for property sourcing for Heath Care Group and delivery of the group’s property strategy.

Dr Jane Toner

Non-Executive Director

Jane is a Consultant Clinical Psychologist and was previously a mental health nurse with qualifications and skills in a range of therapies including CBT and EMDR. Jane is also a lecturer at Lancaster University on the Clinical Psychology Doctorate. Jane is also Clinical Director of Meadows Care Ltd, a residential childcare company covering the North West and the Midlands, working with Looked After Children with highly complex needs.

Cheri Callow

Head of Operations

Cheri originally qualified in Children's Nursing and after her career with the NHS moved into the management of Children's services. For the past 15 Years Cheri has been responsible for large geographical areas of Childrens Registered and Ofsted Regulated services. Cheri is responsible for Operational Delivery and Regulation of all of our services and is the Ofsted Responsible Individual. cheri.callow@heathsolo.co.uk

Phil McCoy

Head of Finance

Phil joined the Group as Head of Finance in September 2018. Phil is an experienced accountant with a wealth of senior financial management experience within high growth businesses, across several market sectors including, Biotech, financial services and telecommunications. He is responsible for the day to day running of the group finances including; banking, planning & reporting, corporate governance, company secretarial, insurance, payroll & IT. accounts@heathcaregroup.co.uk

Lianne Taylor

Placements Manager

Lianne is Placements Manager for Meadows Care Ltd and Heath Solo and is the first port of call for referring Authorities. Lianne is a former registered manager and has an Honours degree in Psychology, NVQ Level 3 in Children and Young people and a Diploma Level 5 in Leadership and Management. referrals@heathcaregroup.co.uk

Amy Rimmer

HR Administrator

Amy is a former qualified Nursery Nurse and Teaching Assistant. Following a career change in administration Amy worked for 2 years as a transport logistics planner before joining Heath as HR Administrator. Lucy Wrigley

Head of Property & Acquisitions
Hayes Property

Lucy works for our core retained partner Hayes Property who source and negotiate on our property. Lucy coordinates everything from site finding, initial offer, house-builder liaison, planning, furnishing and adaptation. Joe Tomaszewski

Head of Recruitment
Cura

Joe has over 20 years recruitment sector experience across commercial, IT, Executive and Care Sector recruitment. Joe has specialised over the last few years in the Children's Care Sector and is now one of the lead agents in the country. Heath Care Group and Heath Solo have a formal Service Level Agreement with Meadows Care; a therapeutic multi-bed care home provider based in the North West and Birmingham.

A member of the Meadows Team sits on the Heath Group Board. We aim to utilise our joint expertise for the benefit of all companies in the partnership. More Specifically Meadows provides: Referrals, Ofsted application support, Psychological and Therapy support services & General support and advice
